Rob Alcaraz is a Pulitzer Prize-winning cinematographer currently working as a Director at Salesforce Studios in New York, N.Y.
In his current role, Rob serves as a lead creative for Salesforce’s customer films – overseeing all stages of production across Salesforce’s video marketing initiatives, such as films, series and social.
Prior to his current position, Rob served as The Wall Street Journal’s Director of Videography, focusing on elevating their production-value across all sections of the video department, and overseeing producers’ projects through storyboarding, production and post-production.
He has also held roles as a senior producer, producer and live show editor at The Wall Street Journal.
Prior to working at WSJ, he worked as a contributing writer and photographer for the Tucson Weekly, as well as an editor for The Pulse of SD.
Rob earned his M.A. from The University of Arizona’s School of Journalism in 2013, after earning his B.A. in 2012.
